ROADWORKS
Please note that Mustard Mill Road will be closed between the roundabout and the traffic lights by the iron bridge from Monday 15th January.
Access to the car parks will be from the Wraysbury Road / Hale Street entrance to the Two Rivers only.
This is so that safety works can be carried out and will take approximately 4 weeks to complete.

Service Charges
Please note that service charges will increase from the 1st of April 2024. We have tried to resist any increase but our additional costs along with a cut in funding has necessitated this rise. We thank you for your understanding and hope you continue to enjoy the use of our services.

Volunteers wanted for our Christmas gift wrapping fundraiser!
We are looking for volunteers to help run our Christmas gift wrapping service. This is being held in the Elmsleigh Centre in Staines on Saturday 23rd of December between 10am and 6pm. Ideally, you will be outgoing, friendly and able to wrap a variety of gifts to a high standard. There will be a number of volunteers on hand throughout the day so you will be able to take breaks. We are looking for volunteers for an hour through to the whole day. Please call us on 01784 459416 or email stainesshopmo@gmail.com to register your interest.
(All wrapping materials will be supplied)

Tesco Bags Of Help Grant
We are pleased to announce the addition of a new travel scooter and a power assist for manual wheelchairs. These are now available to hire and will enable more people to enjoy better mobility. The equipment was purchased with the help of a £1000 grant from the Tesco Bags of Help scheme. We would like to thank Tesco for their support of our charity.

The service will continue to open from Tuesday through to Saturday throughout October. We will then open Monday to Saturday from November up until Christmas, before reverting back to Tuesday - Saturday in January.
This allows us to best meet the needs of our customers with the reduced staff and volunteer levels we currently have. We hope you continue to enjoy the use of our services and understand the need for reduced opening at less busy times.

Staines Shopmobility is pleased to report that we will continue to remain open to support our customers. The service will offer reduced opening hours but these will be aligned with the current special hours the food stores are offering to vulnerable groups. The shop will be open:
Wednesday 9am - 3pm
Thursday 8am - 3pm
Saturday 9am - 3pm
The current special hours for vulnerable groups are:
Iceland Monday to Saturday 9-10am, Sunday 10-11am
Marks & Spencer's Monday & Thursday 8-9am
The current store opening times for Staines town centre are as below and are current as of Monday 30th of March.
